Z Plus Subscription Services
Even the most well-built homes require maintenance. Clients enroll in our regular maintenance program to ensure their home is constantly cared for throughout the year. You can expect the following services to be tailored to your specific home and needs.
Winterizing
Winterizing a home is vital to its long-term health. It prevents costly damage associated with freezing temperatures during the colder months.
Spring Start-Up
At the start of Spring, the entire home will be inspected for any unforeseen damage caused by winter’s freezing and thawing. The scheduled services will be performed and all applicable outdoor systems will be restarted.
Painting
Scuffs and nicks are part of a well-loved home; to keep it looking fresh and new, a pre-determined number of labor hours will be budgeted for paint touch-up work throughout your home. Additional hours will be billed separately.
HVAC
HVAC systems require maintenance to ensure they function optimally, efficiently and safely. Our program includes bi-annual inspections and preventive maintenance to keep your home’s interior environment as comfortable as possible.
Home Exterior
To protect your home’s roof and foundation, and maintain a pristine exterior, all gutters and downspouts will be inspected and cleared on a quarterly basis.
Deep Cleaning
Our deep cleaning team will address areas of your home and surrounding hardscape that are not covered by your weekly housekeeping.
Annual Fee
An initial home analysis will be performed and a custom proposal will be provided.
